King Township Wide Rec Centre

Construction of a new 11,600m² recreational centre to supplement the Township’s growing demand for recreational programming. The new recreation centre will be built on approx. 25 acres of land adjacent to the Seneca College King Campus. The facility is a single storey recreational complex which includes two (2) NHL sized ice rinks, one of which will have the capacity for approx. 450 spectators through a mixture of fixed seating and standing room, an aquatic hall including an indoor six (6) lane lap pool and a separate leisure pool, fitness & athletic spaces, multi purpose community rooms, offices, administrative spaces and a landscaped courtyard.

County of Simcoe BWG Development

Bradford, ON

Construction of a new 50 unit, 4-storey affordable housing building. The project will consist of one, two and three bedroom units and will also contain approximately 5000ft² of commercial space on the ground floor for a Community Services office and for future leasable space. The building is approximately 69,545ft² and includes surface parking, green space / landscape area, rooftop amenity area, and playground. Although the project will not be LEED accredited, the project was designed with a LEED-like silver approach.

Ecole Secondaire Greenwood

Conseil Scolaire Viamonde planned a renovation of a 77,884ft², 3-storey (underground parking, 3 floors and penthouse) and build a 6,782ft² addition to the existing secondary school. This project consists of the interior demolition and abatement of the existing school down to the building shell. Following which the existing building will be fully renovated with new walls, ceilings, flooring, millwork, revamp of mechanical, electrical services etc.

Hamilton Urban Core Community Health Centre

Construction of a new 2-storey Community Health Centre, approximately 16,000ft² building. The new building will provide a health centre and gathering space for the local community.
