The original development & construction of the Enbridge Operation & Technology facility was successfully completed by David, Joseph & Frank while at their previous establishment.

The ETOC – Building & Site Alterations for the Hydrogen Storage Project consists of modifications to the existing operating facility in order to accommodate hydrogen gas production and storage on site. This new project intends on providing the facility with a secondary “green” energy source to reduce the carbon footprint of Enbridge’s operations.

Enbridge’s complete operations on site are required to remain operational throughout the entire duration of construction requiring close coordination with facility operators to coordinate construction activities, equipment replacement and service tie-ins.
