Construction of a new 2-storey Community Health Centre, approximately 16,000ft2 building. The new building will provide a health centre and gathering space for the local community. The health centre will comprise of several examination rooms, dental operating rooms, offices, counselling rooms, as well as an exterior courtyard located on the second floor of the building.

The exterior consists of parking areas, landscape areas bordering the north and west side of the building. The landscape will include outdoor table and seating, bike racks, and benches.
