Construction of twenty-four (24) townhouse units distributed in 3 blocks located in Orangeville, ON. The townhouses consist of 4 – 4-bedroom units, 6 – 3-bedroom units, 7 – 2-bedroom units and 7 – 1-bedroom units. The project will be completed in two phases with 2 blocks being completed in 2017 for tenant move-in in January 2018 and construction of the 3rd block starting in spring of 2018 and completion scheduled for end of November 2018. Work includes all site services for the townhouses as well as the construction of interior roads and parking.
