Construction of a new 50 unit, 4-storey affordable housing building. The project will consist of one, two and three bedroom units and will also contain approximately 5000ft2 of commercial space on the ground floor for a Community Services office and for future leasable space. The building is approximately 69,545ft2 and includes surface parking, green space / landscape area, rooftop amenity area, and playground. Although the project will not be LEED accredited, the project was designed with a LEED-like silver approach.
