JR Certus Construction has been engaged to construct the new Long Term Care Facility (LTCF) for Muslim Welfare Canada. The facility is located at 1589 Highway #2 Courtice ON.

This new state of the art facility is 4 storeys (150,000 sqft GFA), will include 192 beds for residences. The building features a composite steel-concrete structure, with exterior metal and fibre cement siding, and brick veneer.

The project is currently under construction, with the anticipated substantial completion date is scheduled for May 2027. Once completed this facility will provide a warm, and safe place for seniors respecting their dignity and well being.  The facility focuses on a holistic care which meets spiritual, physical, and emotional needs of its residences.
