As a Project Manager, Matthew will plan, direct and coordinate activities for the designated project to ensure that all goals and objectives are accomplished within the prescribed time-frame and funding parameters. Matthew will utilize his management expertise in the coordination of assemblies and systems for the successful integration of construction per project. Submittals and approvals are sequenced in priority, based on the critical path of the project, while assuring all necessary sign-offs are in place well in advance of the required lead-times for delivery on site. As Project Estimator, Matthew will ensure that all trades are fully aware of their responsibilities as it relates to changes or clarification issues during the course of construction, while ensuring that all trades quotations are fair and reasonably priced with sufficient documentation to backup the reported claim. Matthew will utilize his strong estimating background in preparing quantity take-offs and cost analysis for the project to assist the Owner and Consultants in evaluating and approving changes to the contract cost. Matthew was previously employed with Aquicon Construction Co. Ltd. as of 2008 where he was assigned to directly oversee various institutional and municipal projects as the Project Manager. Matthew was instrumental in managing workflow while maintaining a safe, incident free environment for the occupants.
