As Project Director & Chief Estimator, Joseph Aquino is responsible for the negotiation and preparation of Contracts, Contract Award and the coordination of Tender closings. He directs the material purchases for each project and coordinates equipment and other special requirements for all projects. Additionally, Joseph coordinates mechanical / electrical systems and is familiar with many process systems.

- Utilizes Primavera software for project management, scheduling and critical path
