Conseil Scolaire Viamonde planned a renovation of a 77,884ft2, 3-storey (underground parking, 3 floors and penthouse) and build a 6,782ft2 addition to the existing secondary school.  This project consists of the interior demolition and abatement of the existing school down to the building shell.  Following which the existing building will be fully renovated with new walls, ceilings, flooring, millwork, revamp of mechanical, electrical services etc. The renovated school will consist of a new stage with theatre seating, library, gymnasium, classrooms, lab rooms, robotic centre, green roof and rooftop play area consisting of basketball courts and bleacher seating. The project also comprises of a new addition for new classrooms, stair and elevator.
