The Township of King teamed up with the JR Certus construction team to construct this jewel of a building in the heart of King City. This multi-use facility is 20,000 ft²  which is intended to be utilized for a Community Library and a Seniors Centre. Conveniently located close to schools, the building is nestled on a hillside to advantage of walk out basement conditions to ensure maximum utilization of site and space.  The building finishes were specifically chosen to blend into the natural picturesque surrounding with specialized wood, stone and glass.  JR Certus teamed up with specialized trades to ensure the project is finished and the design respected  with the upmost quality.  In today’s budget climate, JR Certus worked  very closely with the owner  and architect to advise on value engineering Options to ensure budgets are maintained.
